Using a Tablet or Mobile Device

Monique Staats Updated by Monique Staats

eCornell strives to be tablet-friendly, and we are continually working to ensure accessibility across platforms. Please navigate to lms.ecornell.com from your device's browser to access your eCornell courses.

While most course content works well on tablets and mobile devices, some features like assignments and interactive elements work better on a computer. Note that .zip files in Course Resources require computer access for downloading, iPads do not support ZIP downloads.

Keeping this in mind, your tablet should allow participation in most of the course.

If you like, you can download the Canvas Student app, but note that the app version may not provide you with the course experience as eCornell has intended. The Canvas Student app now supports video playback. Multiple videos on a single page might display differently than on desktop, but you'll still have full access to most video content.

If you cannot find a way to make our content work on a tablet, you are responsible to find/use a computer that meets our technical requirements.
