Does the Certificate Say eCornell or Cornell University?

If all course material is authored by Cornell faculty, the credential you earn is issued by Cornell University, through eCornell. The credential displays the university seal, along with the eCornell logo at the bottom, as shown in the sample below:

The example above is applicable for most credentials completed and issued after July 2024. Please note that older credentials, as well as custom credentials for some special programs, may have a different format. The style of your credential is determined by its original date of issue and cannot be changed. No exceptions will be made to provide an alternate style.

Some programs, as well as credentials issued between 2022-2024 will be provided in the format below:

I was part of the Plant-Based Nutrition program, does this apply to me?
​The Plant-Based Nutrition content was hosted by eCornell but authored by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, so this credential contains the Center's logo instead of the Cornell University seal. The program is now hosted directly by the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, if you did not complete your program through eCornell, please contact their team at enrollment@nutritionstudies.org.
