Trouble With Course Poll or Survey

Why won't my course Poll or Survey submit?
  1. Ensure you have filled out the answer to each question. The survey or poll will not submit if any answers were missed.
  2. If you do not see the questions and are receiving the proxy error shown below, request your IT department to whitelist lms.ecornell.com, Google, and Qualtrics so you can access the poll/survey content. If your IT department cannot do this for you, access the Poll or Survey from a non-work device.
  1. If your course includes a Qualtrics survey (the survey will say "Powered by Qualtrics", like in the image below), right-click on the See Response Report button and select Open Link in a New Tab to see the survey results.
