Can you send my record directly to another institution?
Please reach out to Student Support to request that a copy of your student record be sent directly to another institution.

Student Support can send the document directly to an institution using a secure service, but it cannot be sent using Parchment or Clearinghouse. eCornell records and transcripts do not include a wet signature or official seal, even when sent directly by the Helpdesk.
I completed my certificate before March 2010. Where are my records?
Please contact Student Support with your name, email, certificate titles, and year of completion so that we can look up your information in our archives.
How can I fix errors in my record?
If you find any inaccuracies with your record OR you completed training before March 2010, please contact Student Support for further assistance. Note that courses marked Incomplete cannot be removed from your transcript.
Why do I see certificates that I never purchased listed as In Progress?
Our record system keeps track of overlapping courses between certificate programs. You may see additional programs listed because some of the courses in your purchased program overlap with the requirements for other programs. Because of that, they remain on your account as a “progress tracker” of sorts to let you know that if you ever wish to engage in this additional program, you will have already completed some of the required courses.

These progress tracker certificates have not been purchased and can be removed from your record upon request. To have them removed, please contact Student Support via ec_helpdesk@cornell.edu.
Why does the document say Record of Coursework?
While the name of the document/file is Record of Coursework, this is your official eCornell transcript; they are one and the same!
