Cannot Access "Take me to my courses"

I get logged out after clicking "Take me to my courses"...

If you are logged out after clicking "Take me to my courses," this can mean:

  1. You have not yet selected start dates for your program. If you have just purchased your program, to select start dates, please visit this article.
  2. You have selected start dates, but your courses have not yet opened. Please wait until 9 AM Eastern Standard Time on the day that your course begins for course access.
  3. You are enrolled through one of eCornell's corporate partners and have access to the On-Demand platform. If you know you are taking On-Demand courses, log in via ondemand.ecornell.com instead.
  4. You may have created multiple accounts. Reach out to Student Support via ec_helpdesk@ecornell.com and list out any email addresses you own. If you have multiple accounts, Student Support can provide options for merging your information into a single account.
