For students who completed the Plant-Based Nutrition program:
If you purchased CE's, completed the pre-and post-tests successfully, and forgot to download your Statement of Credit after you completed the post-test, you can access it at the following link: https://ce.nutritionstudies.org/userhistory.aspx
To access the Statement of Credit, you must use the login credentials established at the time you paid for the CE portion.
