Trouble Downloading Your Certificate/Credential

If you are not able to download your credential through your Student Portal, this could be for several reasons:

Is your purchased credential listed on your student portal?
If not, please contact Student Support to add it to your record.
Are all of the required courses complete?
If you have confirmed they are complete in the course environment and have allowed 12 hours for the student portal to update, please email Student Support, as they may need to manually release your credential.

If any of your courses are marked Incomplete in your student portal, but marked 100% in your Canvas grade book, please email the link to your grade book to Student Support with a request to correct the discrepancy.
Is your account paid in full?
Your account must be paid in full for the credential download link to be available.
Did you earn your credential prior to March 2010?
If so, your credential will be archived. Please contact Student Support so they can manually retrieve and email a PDF of your credential.
Did you enroll through one of our organizational partners?
If so, your company may be issuing a credential directly. Please connect with your admin to confirm.
